Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is Walt Disney World’s Flagship Resort. We visited the resort in December 2022 to see the giant Gingerbread House that is the Lobby during the Christmas season. During that trip we also had dinner at Citricos restaurant and had a memorable meal.
For our trip in January 2024, we were able to reserve a Theme Park View room in the Boca Chica building and had a wonderful 6-day stay. The resort is very luxurious, with many great restaurants and excellent service. It was great to be able to watch the Magic Kingdom Happily Ever After fireworks every evening from our balcony or other locations around the resort. Narcoosee’s restaurant was a short walk from our room and we loved it so much, we ate there 3 times during our stay. The food and service were excellent and being able to watch the fireworks from there was an added treat. We ate two breakfasts at the Grand Floridian Cafe and enjoyed them.
